The instant petition has been filed for following relief: "(1) Issue an appropriate, suitable order or direction by directing the Ld. Court to decide Execution Case No. 86 of 2023, Shri Sunil Kumar Pal Versus Shri Babu Lal and others, pending before Court of Additional Civil Judge, (S.D.) Court No. 2, Agra, in an expeditious time bound manner within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the execution application has been filed in the year 2023 and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Court of Additional Civil Judge, (S.D.) Court No. 2, Agra to consider and decide the Execution Case no. 86 of 2023, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
