Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 5 and perused the record. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case private respondents feels aggrieved by the order their right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.1-Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Campierganj, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the case No.2161 of 2021 (Computerzied Case No.T202105310402161) filed under Section 12-C of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 expeditiously. 4. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
