Despite repeated pass-overs, none has come present on behalf of the petitioner.

Perusal of court file reveals that earlier on 30.12.2024, neither petitioner nor his counsel came present to conduct the case, despite repeated pass-overs, however, in the interest of justice, matter was adjourned for today. Today, the matter was taken up in the pre-lunch session on its turn, but again none appeared on behalf of petitioner. Matter was again taken up in post lunch session, but despite repeatedly calling the case, again none appeared.

In view of above, this Court has reasons to believe that the petitioner is not interested to pursue his case and as such, same is dismissed in default, on account of repeated absence of the counsel for the petitioner as well as the petitioner. All pending applications stand disposed of.
