Learned standing counsel pointed out that present petition has been filed assailing the order of suspension, but the said order has not been annexed with the petition therefore, relief so prayed may not be granted. 3. Sri Om Prakash, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition annexing the impugned order of suspension. 4.
