Ms. Leena Guleria, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Non-Medical) at GMS Janghi, under Complex GMSSS Mehla, District Chamba, stated to be a difficult sub-cadre area. On completion of requisite tenure at the present place of posting, petitioner represented to respondent No.2 on 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-3), seeking transfer to a soft area, inter alia, pointing out therein that not only he has completed his normal tenure in the difficult 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 area, but he is also suffering from 47% locomotor disability. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
