This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue an order or direction to the District Judge Firozabad to Decide the Civil Appeal No. 66 of 2024 (Ful Singh and Others v. Smt. Meenu Maheshwari and Others) within time frame without any further delay, in the better interest of justice." It is contended that a suit filed by the plaintiffs was dismissed, against which, a misc. civil appeal has been preferred which is pending consideration before District Judge, Firozabad. The sole made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the civil appeal. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a request to District Judge, Firozabad to decide the Civil Appeal No.66 of 2024, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
