This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Direct the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Deoria to consider and decide the Civil Suit No. 2025 of 2016 (Arjun Mishra & others. Verses Kuber Mishra & others) which is pending before him since 23.11.2016, expeditiously, as soon as possible, within a specified period of time as this Hon'ble Court may fix, so that justice may be done with the Defendant / petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2016, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Deoria to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
