Mr. Diwakar Dev Sharma, Additional Advocate General, for the respondents/State. CMP No.5121 of 2025 The appeal, in the case at hand, was decided on 01.08.2018. The appellant No.1, i.e., Smt. Rukmani is stated to have expired on 04.05.2021. The same is evident from the Death Certificate appended along with the present application as Annexure A-1. The right to receive compensation survives in the legal heirs of the said deceased appellant No.1-Smt. Rukmani. The details of deceased appellant is given in Paragraph-1 of the application. However, on account of a Will, the entire estate of the deceased has devolved upon only one legal heir, i.e., Yoginder Singh. Mutation on the basis of the said Will qua said Yoginder Singh has also been attested. In view thereof, the application is allowed. Name of of deceased appellant No.1-Smt. Rukmani is ordered to be deleted from the array o the parties. Legal Heir of deceased appellant No.1-Smt. Rukmani is ordered to be brought on record. The application stands disposed of. Amended memo of parties filed along-with present application is ordered to be taken on record. CMP No.5122 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. The non-applicants have no objection if in case the amount lying deposited in this Registry of this Court along-with interest accrued thereupon, is released in favour of applicant- Yoginder Singh. The appeal, in the case at hand, was decided on 01.08.2018. It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that no further proceedings against the said decision are pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court along-with interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant-Yoginder Singh. The amount be remitted to the bank account, details whereof, have been given in Paragraph-7 of the application, subject to proper verification. The application stands disposed of. ( Bipin C.
