Though, in terms of judgment, sought to be executed, principal amount of approxmiately Rs. 10,00,000/- stands paid to the petitioner, but despite there being specific direction contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, interest @ 8% has not been deposited till date. Respondents to have instructions or ensure that on or before next date of hearing interest amount is also deposited, failing which, respondents shall remain present in Court to explain that why property of department and salary of erring officials be not ordered to be attached towards execution of the judgment, sought to be executed.
