Learned counsel for respondent No.1-STF and respondent No.2-MCD appear on advance notice.
2. It is submitted that action is already underway and on the basis of complaint made by the petitioner, partial demolition action has already been taken.
3. This Court has seen representation dated 02.12.2024 made by the petitioner to respondent-STF. In his such representation, besides making reference to one banquet hall, he has also given details of various other properties which according to him, are unauthorized .
4. Reference be made to para 4 of his such representation.

considering the above said representation in expeditious manner and therefore, only, partial demolition was done in property No. A-54, Mahendru Enclave, Delhi-110033. It is also submitted that the status update would be reflected on the website of STF, without any further delay.
6. Let action taken report be filed within three days before this Court and a copy, thereof, be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
7. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the moment does not press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to revive the same, in case he finds that there is no further action by STF.
8. Petition stands disposed of as not pressed. All the rights and
contentions of the petitioner are reserved.
9. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
