JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 08-09-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 340 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of B.N.S.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased after assaulting her. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. From the the postmortem report, it appears that Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60531 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 ante mortem injuries have been found upon the deceased. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the seriousness of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 8.
