Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 64, 74, 351 ( 2 ) and 351 (3) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Kiran devi alleged that on 08.02.2025 at about 09:30 PM, this petitioner came at the house of informant and committed rape upon the the victim and also threatened with dire consequences. 4. The victim in her statement recorded under section Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61734 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 183 BNSS has supported the prosecution case . 5 Considering the nature of accusation , statement of the victim recorded under section 183 BNSS and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
