Present C528 Application has been filed by Applicant no.1-Anushka Arora, wife of Akhil Arora, Applicant no.2-Madhvi Mehra, wife of Chetanaiya Arora for a direction to the court of Judicial Magistrate II Haridwar to dispose of the application moved by the Applicants for defreezing their accounts positively on the next date fixed in the matter bearing Criminal Case No.2435 of 2023 relating to the FIR No.177 of 2022 registered at P.S. Kankhal, District Haridwar in Criminal Case No.3419 of 2022. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the Applicants make a submission that the Application for defreezing of the accounts may be decided by the court below as early as possible. 6. The grounds seem to be sufficient. The matter has been disposed of by the Coordinate Bench vide order dated 05.08.2025. 7. In view of above, in the light of the judgment dated 05.08.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, the Judicial Magistrate II, Haridwar is directed to decide the application moved by the Applicants for defreezing their accounts on the next date fixed in the matter bearing Criminal Case No.2435 of 2023 pursuant to the FIR No.177 of 2022 registered at P.S. Kankhal, District Haridwar in Criminal Case No.3419 of 2022 as early as possible. 8. With this observation the instant C528 Application stands disposed of. 9. Let the certified copy of this judgment be issued to the counsel for the parties today itself on payment of usual charges.
