Chauhan,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to adopt measure for considering appointment of fair price shop in village as per Government Order dated 17.08.2022 and consider the candidature only from women belonging to general category." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings for allotment of fair price shop are being carried on in violation of the government orders, in this respect a representation dated 06.09.2024 has been filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.3. It is submitted that direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the representation dated 06.09.2024 pending before respondent No.3- Sub District Magistrate, Bhadohi, be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of thirty days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
