Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ludhiana to expedite the proceedings of the case having No.COMA/4262/2020 dated 19.03.2020 titled as ‘Satinder Kaur Vs. Bahadur Shah Bhai’ filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.” 2. Keeping in view the nature of the prayer made, this Court does not deem it appropriate to call upon respondent-side, at this stage, lest it may further delay culmination of proceedings. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the record, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition by directing the concerned Judicial Magistrate at Ludhiana to make an earnest endeavour to culminate the proceedings in an expeditious manner, preferably within 8 months from the production/receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
