Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Syana, District Bulandshahar to decide the restoration application dated 19.06.2025 in Case No. 180 of 2014 (Computer Case No. T20141117053531) (Naresh Kumar Vs Ramesh Kumar & Others) Under Section 176 of U.P.Z.A. & LR Act, within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a restoration application dated 19.06.2025 filed in partition suit is pending in proceedings under Section 176 of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the restoration application. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Syana, District Bulandshahar to decide the restoration application dated 19.06.2025 in Case No. 180 of 2014 (Computer Case No. T20141117053531) (Naresh Kumar Vs Ramesh Kumar & Others) under Section 176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
