This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's minor son viz., M.Bavinamudhan, aged 6 years, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner. 2. According to the petitioner her minor son, Bavinamudhan, aged 6 years, is under the illegal custody of the 4th respondent and her father- in-law/5th respondent. The 4th respondent is father of the detenu. 3. Today, the child/detenu, aged 7½ is produced before this Court. The child/detenu is not in illegal detention. It is seen from the records https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis H.C.P.No.1791 of 2025 that there is matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and proceedings are pending before the Family Court.
