Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and Shri Mayank Yadav, learned counsel for the informant. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 31.12.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 503 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 504, and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Hariparwat, District Agra (Commissionerate) . 3. After substantial argument, considering the previous criminal antecedents of petitioners and the claim as has been set up in the suit, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law. (Prashant Kumar,J.)
