Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would challenge the charge- sheet in the appropriate proceedings before this Court. 8. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 9. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
