(ii) The matters are remanded back to the District Collector and District Magistrate, Jhalawar for consideration afresh vide a reasoned and speaking order taking into consideration the disposal of criminal cases registered against the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.” Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
