Deeksha Singh and others), u/s 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No. II, Kanpur Nagar and the order dated 19.12.2020 passed by learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrarte, Court No. II, Kanpur Nagar in the aforesaid case. 4. Since there is no representation from the side of the applicants, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for non prosecution. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 6.
