2. Petitioner is aggrieved by acceptance of the nomination papers submitted by respondent No. 5, who was also declared as successful in the election for the office of Member Jila Panchayat.
3. In view of the constitutional bar contained in Article 243-O(b) of the Constitution of India, this Court declines to entertain the petition.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the Election Tribunal under the appropriate provisions of law.
