The documents on record show that the Tahsildar sent a communication on 10.10.2024 to the Revenue Inspector to conduct ______________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.36349 of 2025 survey and submit report. It is not known as to what happened thereafter. The authorities, in the ordinary course of business, are not supposed to inform each step taken by them to the petitioner. The petitioner ought to have sought information from the office of the Tahsildar with regard to the result of the enquiry, if any. 3. The petitioner shall approach the office of the Tahsildar with a copy of this order. If enquiry has not already been concluded, the Tahsildar shall do well to conclude the enquiry within three months and take appropriate decision based on the survey report. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
