When, this Court passed order dated 17.12.2024, it took note of the previous two orders dated 06.11.2024 and 21.11.2024 passed by Additional Registrar (Judicial) and the factum of the compliance affidavit being on record was ignored by Additional Registrar (Judicial) as well as this Court while passing the previous orders. However, in light of the fact that compliance affidavit is already on record, order dated 17.12.2024 is hereby re- called and as needful has been done by the respondents, these contempt proceedings, as prayed for, are ordered to be closed.
