Petitioner, by means of the present writ petition, has assailed the order dated 6th August, 2024 passed by the respondent no.2-District Inspector of Schools, Badaun and the order dated 29th August, 2024 passed by respondent no.1-Regional Level Committee through its Chairman, Bareilly Region, Bareilly. 3. Today, on the matter being taken up, the only prayer made by Mr. Indra Raj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner is that in compliance of the order of the respondent no.1-Regional Level Committee through its Chairman, Bareilly Region, Bareilly dated 29th August, 2024, the authorized controller be directed to hold fresh elections of the committee of management of the institution within the time bound period. 4. Prayer made on behalf of the petitioner appears to be reasonable and accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the authorized controller to hold elections of the committee of management within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order in accordance with law and the approved scheme of administration of the institution.
