1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of or in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 04.08.2018 (Annexure-2) passed by the learned Sub-Judge-IV, Giridih in Execution Case No.04 of 2018 whereby the petition under Order XXI Rule 97/99 read with Section 151 C.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner, has been rejected
2. In spite of several adjournment granted, the order dated 30th April, 2019 has not been complied by the learned counsel for the petitioner till date.
3. Even the requisite etc. for issuance of notice has not been filed. Thus, it is quite clear that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the litigation
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
