In this case, notice of motion was issued on 28.10.2024, which could not be served as the counsel for the petitioner has not filed the process fee, as is evident from the office report. Today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This Court is duly convinced that the petitioner does not want to pursue with the instant petition. Hence the same is dismissed for non- prosecution.
