At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only for expeditious disposal of protest petition preferred at the behest of petitioner in shape of Protest Petition No.147 of 2018 against the final report dated 21.12.2013 filed in Case Crime No.1124 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalitpur. 3. Learned A.G.A. has no objection over the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and by bare perusal of records, if there is no legal impediment, learned court concerned is hereby directed to decide the protest petition preferred at the behest of petitioner in shape of Protest Petition No.147 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, by way of affording proper opportunity of hearing to all concerns. 5.
