Chutia, learned counsel for the writ petitioner. Also heard Ms. S. Baruah, learned Govt. Advocate, Assam appearing for the State. In this writ petition, the memorandum dated 18-09-2024 issued by the Personnel (B) Department, Govt. of Assam dispensing with the scheme of appointment on compassionate ground has inter-alia been put to challenge. Ms. S. Baruah, learned Govt. Advocate, Assam has pointed out that by the judgment and order dated 03-04-2025 passed by a coordinate Bench in W.P.(C) No. 342/2025 and the batch of connected writ petitions, wherein the same memorandum dated 18-09-2024 was under challenge, certain direction and observations have been issued to the State Government pertaining to the implementation of the OM dated 18-09- 2025. Therefore, this writ petition is covered by the judgment and order dated 03-04- 2025. Hence, the writ petition be disposed of accordingly. Ms. Chutia, learned counsel for the petitioner has also fairly agreed to the said proposition. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of by providing that the writ petitioner will be at liberty to submit a representation seeking relief in the light of the observations made in paragraphs 9 and 10 of the judgment and order dated 03-04-2025. If such a representation is submitted within 04 weeks, the same be disposed of after examining the claim of the petitioner in terms of the judgment and order dated 03-04- Page No.# 3/3 2025.
