This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2/ Tehsildar, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Mau to decide the Restoration Case/RST No. 8601 of 2023 (Computerize Case No.T202315510108601) (Shila Devi Vs. Usha Devi and others) Under Section 209(Ja) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period which is pending before the respondent No.2 (Annexure No.2 to this writ petition)." 2. It is contended that restoration application is pending in proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said restoration application may be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Tehsildar, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Mau to decide the Restoration Case/RST No.8601 of 2023 (Computerize Case No.T202315510108601) pending in proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
