He seeks directions that the respondent no.2/The Additional Chief Officer, Office of District Panchayat, Bageshwar, may be directed to decide the representation dated 16.07.2025, which is part of Annexure No.6 to the writ petition. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the representation dated 16.07.2025, which is part of Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, will be decided by the respondent no.2/The Additional Chief Officer, within a period of four weeks.
