The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Gidhour P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 309(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Smt. S. S. Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, First class, Chatra. On 28.01.2025, petitioners alongwith co-accused persons looted the informant near Huwang More. It appears that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. It further appears that bail application of similarly situated co-accused Ramesh Kr. Yadav @ Ramesh Kumar Yadav has been rejected by this Court earlier in B.A. No.2650/2025.
