To issue a writ, order, or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 2 to act in accordance with law of the country and accept and dispose of second rectified appeal dated 02.12.2023 filed by petitioner within reasonable time or pass any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case. II. To issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no.1 & 2 to ensure the stringent compliance of the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and compensate the loss suffered by the petitioner or/and other such suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case." 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.2-Information Commission submits that appeal may be re-submitted by petitioner and the Commission would decide the same. 4. Considering the statement of learned counsel for respondent no.2-Information Commission, petitioner is set at liberty to re- submit the appeal within 30 days from today and if the same is filed within the aforesaid period, the same may be decided by respondent no.2 on merits. 5.
