The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 19.04.2023 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.) F.T.C. Court No. 1, Agra, in Case No. 104 of 2022, as well as order dated 15.11.2018 passed by Senior Superintendent of Police, whereby an application for renewal of passport to the passport authority has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file separate application before the court concerned in this regard.
