The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 86/2023 arising out of Rail (Hatia) P.S. Case No. 19/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-VI-cum- Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that 8.40 Kgs. of cannabis were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-VI-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi in connection with N.D.P.S.
