By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. In view of the earlier order passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, verification report regarding marriage certificate, has been received by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel through which it appears that marriage of petitioners was solemnized at Shitala Chaukiya Mata Mandir, Jaunpur, U.P. but the marriage certificate appended alongwith the petition available at page no.17 discloses that marriage has been solemnized at Arya Samaj, 322, Katra, Abdul Gani, District Fatehpur which itself is contrary to the factum related to the marriage itself and as such, no protection can be extended in favour of petitioners. 4.
