Ghawari, Advocate for the petitioner(s). **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent no 3 i.e The General Manager, Bank of Baroda HRM Department Baroda to decide the representation dated 04.07.2025 (P-7) submitted by the petitioner against the transfer order dated 30.09.2024 (P-3) vide which the petitioner has been transferred from Jalandhar Regional Office, Jalandhar, Punjab, (Chandigarh Zone) to Bhuj Region Office, Bhuj, Gujarat which is against the clause 3.1, 4.1 of the transfer policy dated 01.02.2024 (P-2) as the petitioner has not the longest stay and also against the clause 5.4.3 as the case of the petitioner falls in the exemption category being the care taker of his father who is suffering from Parkinson's syndromes. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-7) within a time bound manner. 3. In view of the above, and without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.3-The General Manager, Bank of Baroda, HRM Department, Baroda Bhavan, Alkapuri Baroda is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-7) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter. 5. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
