The present petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report dated 27.08.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 114 of 2017, under Sections 147, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Swaroop Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar. It appears that initially a final report was submitted in the aforesaid case crime No. 114 of 2017 but subsequently by order dated 6.1.2020, the concerned magistrate allowed the protest petition filed by the petitioner. The revision against the aforesaid order has already been rejected. The A.G.A. states that the case is under investigation by the concerned police station. The Investigation of the case, after the order passed by the concerned magistrate, allowing the protest petition, is pending for the last five years. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of, with the direction to the Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar to ensure that the investigation in Case Crime No. 114 of 2017 is completed expeditiously, preferably Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anil Kumar Pathak, Chandra Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Sushil Dubey Sharad Agarwal .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
