With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Peon at Government Middle School Bhaur u/c Government Senior Secondary School Kanaid, District Mandi. Her grievance is that she preferred a representation vide Annexure P-2 to respondent No.3/competent authority seeking transfer to a station nearby her home on account of adverse family 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 circumstance mentioned therein but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as per transfer policy and keeping in view her family circumstances mentioned therein, within a period of three weeks from today.
