The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 28.08.2025 passed by the respondent no.2. By the aforesaid order the fair price shop license was restored in favour of respondent no.8. 2. It is stated in paragraph-4 of the writ petition that petitioner is one of the villager of the village Alipur, Block and Tehsil-Aliganj, District Etah and having full locus to make complaint about the irregularities of the village concerned regarding distribution of essential commodities and also full locus to proceed with the complain before the authority concerned. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that respondent no.8-Habibur Rahman is making hindrance on account of which he is not able to obtain the necessary ration card. 4. Since no such pleading have been made in the present writ petition in this regard hence after some arguements a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 5. This prayer has not been opposed by Sri Anil Kumar Shukla, Sri Arvind Kumar Srivastava, Sri Ajeet Kumar Srivastava and Sri Pramod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents. 6. In this view of the matter present writ petition is dismissed with liberty Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arvind Kumar Srivastava, Pramod Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : Anil Kumar Singh, C.S.C., Krishna Kant Singh Irsad Husain .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
