The aforesaid first appeal has been filed under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 against the judgment and decree dated 25.2.1992 passed by the Ist Additional District Judge, Ghaziabad in Land Acquisition Reference No. 333/1987 between Harpal (Claimant) and State of U.P. (Opposite party). 2. Shri Pankaj Kumar Asthana, learned Standing Counsel states that in view of the Government Order dated 13.10.2016, such appeals the valuation of which is less then two lacs are required to be withdrawn by the State. He, therefore, prays that this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
