Both the parties entered into settlement and they filed a Joint Compromise Memo. The petitioner management agreed to revoke the termination order dated 02.07.2018 and to issue a relieving-cum- experience certificate to the second respondent as on the second respondent's last working day and also agreed to offer a role to the 2nd respondent at the same designation (Associate Vice President) with an annual salary of Rs.11,00,000/- and the place of posting and role of the 2nd respondent will be decided by the management. Further, the management also offered one time compensation amount of Rs.8,50,000/- and the same was accepted by the second respondent towards full and final settlement and other conditions also mentioned in the compromise memo.
