Learned counsel for the parties submit that both the parties have amicably settled their dispute and entered into a compromise by compromise deed dated 15.5.2024, therefore, by order dated 6.12.2024 this Court had directed the parties to appear and file the compromise for its verification before the court concerned. 2. Today learned counsel for the parties, Mr. Chandra Kumar Singh for the applicants and Mr. Gaurav Viniyum, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Harish Chandra Mishra for the opposite party no. 2 have submitted that the said compromise cannot be verified by the court concerned. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants prays that he does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty granted to the applicants to file a fresh. 4. The prayer so made by learned counsel for the applicants is allowed. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
