This Court, vide order dated 24.10.2024, passed in MCRC No. 7454 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Kaushal Yadav, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Sessions Judge, Raipur District-Raipur (C.G.) vide his KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 request letter dated 05.02.2025 has requested for grant of three months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case, names of total 15 witnesses have been mentioned in the evidence list from the prosecution side, till date statements of 09 prosecution witnesses have been recorded in this case and 02 prosecution witnesses has been given- up in the case by expressing that their evidence will not be recorded from the prosecution side. After completion of prosecution evidence, accused statement and defence witnesses will have to be examined as per requirement and decision will be declared after hearing final arguments. Due to the above reasons, it does not seem possible to conclude the trial within prescribed time. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some more time therefore, he prays for grant of further three months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
