On the basis of averments made in the short counter affidavit, it is submitted by State counsel that after investigation charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners, which is not disputed by counsel for the petitioners. 6. In view of the submission made by counsel for the parties, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous; however it is open to the charge sheeted petitioners to challenge the charge sheet before appropriate forum under appropriate provision of law.
