The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following main prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 13.08.2025 (Annexure 6) before respondent no. 2 to consider the promotion of the petitioner on the post of at the level of अधीनस्थ राजपित्रत अिधकारी or at उप- प्रधानाचायर् against vacant post in Government Inter College, Banda /Government Girls Inter College, Banda as per seniority list prepared at state level against the Divyang quota." 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner without entering into merits of the case, made innocuous prayer that her representation dated 22.01.2025, which is pending before respondent no.2, may be directed to be decided in time bound manner. 3. Learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents vehemently opposed the petition on merit, but has not opposed the innocuous prayer as made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the contents made in the writ petition. 5. Without entering into merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as no objection made on behalf of learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. Petitioner is directed to file a fresh Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Adwitiya Prakash Tiwari, Anshuman Singh, Vinay Kumar Dubey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Smt. Poonam Srivastava .....Petitioner(s) State Of Uttar Pradesh And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) detailed representation along with the present writ petition as well as certified copy of this order before respondent no.2 within 10 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. After receiving the said representation, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the said representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving of the said representation. 6.
