Though it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that it is only a civil transaction and no offence has been made out, the allegation in the FIR makes it very clear that the petitioner by giving a false promise received a sum of Rs.35,10,000/- [Rupees Thirty Five Lakhs and Ten Thousand only]. If there is really deception present from the inception or not would be unearthed only during the investigation. At this stage, it is not a fit case to quash the present FIR in Crime No.286 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.
