The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation has been completed and final report also filed. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9315 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
