HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 33556 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE PIYUSH AGRAWAL, J. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that against the impugned order, the petitioner has equally, efficacious alternative remedy of filing an appeal/revision. Confronted with the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty that in case the appeal/revision is filed, the same may be entertained without taking objection to the limitation. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case the appeal/revision is preferred within a period of 15 days from today, the same shall be entertained without raising any objection with regard to the limitation. The Office shall return the certified copies of the impugned orders to the learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the true copies of the same.
