Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Budmu P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No.92 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 308(4), 324 (5) & 327(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the court of Miss Paridhi Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class-XXVI, Ranchi. On 07.08.2024, 7 to 8 masked persons set ablaze a Turbo, Hywa and JCB Machine in village Chhapar beside bank of Debnadh river. The occurrence had taken place to enforce the demand of rangdari. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that his name has come on the basis of confession of co- accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused Chottan Lohra @ Amit Lohra has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.2114 of 2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Paridhi Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class- XXVI, Ranchi, or her successor, in connection with Budmu P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No.92 of 2025.
